Mr. Abhay Bharuka was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2019. He did his graduation from Pune University in 2018. He has an extensive exposure to the Indian Accounting and Auditing Standards. His expertise lies in the fields of Tax Compliance Solutions, Tax Deduction at Source (TDS), Tax Assessments. He also has rich experience in various types of audit which includes Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, Co-operative Society’s audit, etc. He has abundant knowledge of Income Tax Act and Business Process Management. He also has experience to handle Tax assessment cases. His area of expertise includes Construction, Hospitality and Manufacturing Industry.

Mr. Hitesh Sarda was enrolled as a member of the ICAI in 2019. He graduated from Pune University in 2018. He has played a central Role in the Audit of various major corporate and non-corporate clients. He has vast experience in Accountancy, taxation, Compliances and Audits, Goods and Service Taxes. He is an expert in the Sales Tax field having ample experience in sales tax matters and has single handedly concluded Sales Tax related Cases. His ability to understand the business environment coupled with his sound financial and accounting background has enabled him to specialize in Business outsourcing operations. His area of expertise includes Construction, Bank Audits, Service and Automobiles Industry.

Mr. Saurabh Daga is a qualified Chartered Accountant .He has joined BSVD and Associates as full time Partner since 2021. His Professional Expediency includes Assistance in filing of Draft and Red Herring Prospectus to SEBI, Statutory Audit of Companies having turnover more than 2000 crores, Internal Audit of Listed and Unlisted Entities, Expertise in FEMA Rules and Regulations, BRR Reporting requirements for Listed Entities, Leads many IND AS Audits and has also carried first time adoption of IND AS for known companies. He is well versed in taxation matters and has done the due diligence process for Investment and Valuation purposes. He has also carried out IGAAP to IFRS Conversions. He is an expert in bank statutory audit and concurrent audits. He has vast knowledge and understanding of various sectors like Gems and Jewellery, Automobile, Steel Industry, IT, Builder and Developers, FMCG and Pharma.
